Applications for the 2023 Markham Village Music Festival are now open.

We welcome your interest in participating in the Barkham event at the Markham Village Music Festival.

The Festival screens prospective exhibitors for suitability. Please complete the entire form and submit it online, as outlined in your welcome letter.
Photos can be sent by email (maximum 4MB) to info@markhamfestival.com or posted on your website.

The information will be reviewed and a response sent within 5 days. If you are accepted, a contract, along with information on schedule, Terms and Conditions, Supplemental Conditions and Regulations, Liability Insurance requirements and Payment options will be emailed shortly afterwards.

Please note that the Festival does not provide water or electrical service. If you require a generator it must be classified as silent. The Festival reserves the right to deny the use of a generator if it is deemed to be a noise nuisance.

Single booth size is 11ftx10ft, Double is 22ft x 10ft.

Display tables, chairs, tents must be supplied and erected/ removed by the exhibitor.
