She is an Ojibwe, Anishinaabe Grandmother from Shawanaga First Nation Reserve, who carries the spirit name Head or Leader of the Fireflower and who is Turtle Clan. Kahin released two singles in 2021 followed by his debut six-song EP, LET IT SINK IN, in early 2022—all recorded in his Dunnville bedroom—that shot him into the Greater Toronto Area’s alternative circles and led the CBC to name him one of the country’s top five “fearless new rock voices.”

Cale Crowe is an Ojibwe singer-songwriter from Alderville First Nation. His performance combines an acoustic guitar with an electronic drum pad & a loop pedal to create his own accompaniments. His unique show has appeared alongside acts like Digging Roots, Ron Sexsmith, William Prince, and others in cities from Nova Scotia to New Mexico. To date, Cale has released two EPs and is about to release his first full-length record in the Spring of 2024.
