Jessica Lockwood is a singer-songwriter from Milton, Ontario who has been doing music since she was 8 years old. She has been classically trained with the Royal Conservatory of Music but has since been self-taught. Jessica has powerful vocals with a soulful vibe. With bluesy rock, pop and even a touch of country sprinkled in her voice, Jessica’s voice can truly blend with any genre she touches. Inspired by artists like Stevie Nicks, Janis Joplin, and Miley Cyrus, and playing around with different vocal tones, Jessica learned to create her sound. Jessica’s passion has always been songwriting. She enjoys taking obscure concepts, writing everything and anything she can from that perspective and creating a melody that puts you right into that feeling.
She recently released her debut single, Only Child, which has an electrifying rock sound that is fresh to the music industry. Jessica has so much more to share and is beyond excited to continue growing as an artist, with her audience.
